Crisis stabilization services shall include, as appropriate, neuropsychological, psychiatric, psychological other functional assessments stabilization techniques, medication management and monitoring. Behavior assessment and support, collaboration care coordination with other agencies and providers. This service is designed to stabilize the individual and strengthen their current living conditions so that the individual remains in the community during and beyond the crisis. These services are guided by the Department of Medical Assistance.   

 

 Our team collaborates with the individuals in their home, office or communities to stabilize their acute mental health needs at the earliest possible time to avoid psychiatric hospitalization. We work with individuals in their treatment goal to maintain safety and security in the least restrictive environment.
