Mission & Vision

Pearl's Center of Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to wrapping supportive services around the whole family structure. We strive to provide a continuum of quality, culturally specific, and holistic services, which acknowledge the role of spirituality to the well-being of the clients we serve, to empower their quality of life through comprehensive programming that they would not ordinarily have exposure. We wrap supportive services around the entire family as they are in crisis.

Our purpose is to help survivors and families of human trafficking, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and substance addiction rebuild their lives through support and teamwork structure. We support the disadvantaged, those with low-income, children and the homeless who have been abused, neglected, adjudicated, delinquent, maladjusted, and maltreated. We endeavor to offer advocacy and support for all our clients.

Our center offer's supportive services African American cultural competence education for employment and training, GED Preparation, and Computer Training and a wide range of other services and resources.  Additional services include Anger Management, Behavior Health Counseling, and Substance Addiction, Peer to Peer support to survivors of Human Trafficking and Sexual/Domestic violence.  


At Pearl's Center of Hope, Inc. our dedicated staff works hard to provide life-changing services to victims of human trafficking, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. We strive each and every day to bring awareness of these issues to the community and be pillars of change in society.  We achieve this by our core values P.E.A.R.L.S, People Entering a new Realm of Love Safely through Passion  Ethics Accountability Respect Love  Survivor-led Services.
