Our services are not intended for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

 

4. Appointments and Cancellations

• Clients are expected to attend scheduled appointments on time

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Missed appointments may be subject to fees

 

5. Payment and Fees

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged

• We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website

• Clients are responsible for any unpaid balances

 

6. Telehealth Consent

By participating in telehealth services, you:

• Consent to receive services electronically

• Acknowledge potential risks (e.g., technical issues)

• Agree to ensure a private setting during sessions

 

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Participate actively in treatment

• Respect providers and staff

 

8. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable laws. Exceptions include:

• Risk of harm to self or others

• Abuse or neglect reporting

• Court orders
